Assisted the set up of 'Espy Studios' in cooperation with the owner of Scruffy Dog Productions ltd. Operating under this trading name as a Senior Creative Manager, while maintaining previous responsibilities to Scruffy Dog as Lead Artist.

I propose creative direction to the company owner, source and respond to client tenders, create Indesign packages, schedules, visualise proposals, direct artists and manage tender accounts.

Briefing and directing a team of artists to deliver concept art; familiarising interns with the studio process and offering technical skill guidance. Overseeing the creative process for multiple projects. Presenting to clients and producing initial proposals through to finalised concept art in the museums and leisure attractions department.

Part of the visual development team in the museum department, designing park attractions, exhibits and interior spaces.

Hothouse IWG ltd | Work Experience

Worked as part of a team to manufacture bespoke models for Selfridges, Kidzania and The Big Bang Fair. Also learnt the tools and techniques of welding, wood work, finishes, resins, adhesives and other workshop skills.

Lifecast | Prop Maker

Liaising with Russell De Rozario for the film ‘Crow’. Sourcing materials for props, creating props to a brief and learning mould-making, casting and latex foam painting processes.
